Intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Our own tools, frameworks and pre-existing materials remain ours.
Liability. Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afterthought System, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
